What are Izzy Wheels?
Izzy Wheels are colourful wheel covers designed to transform the look of your wheelchair. Each pair is created to celebrate individuality, creativity and self expression, while also protecting your spokes.
Who are Izzy Wheels for?
Our wheel covers are designed for wheelchair users who want to add personality and style to their chair. We collaborate with artists, brands and designers from around the world to create collections that feel joyful, empowering and unique.
Are your products disability led?
Yes. Izzy Wheels was founded by sisters Ailbhe and Izzy Keane. Izzy is a wheelchair user and every product is designed with real life use in mind.
PRODUCT & FIT
How do I find my wheel cover size?
To find your wheel cover size: use a measuring tape to measure the diameter of the area inside the hand rim on the wheel. See the diagram below. If you are unsure, you can send us a photo of your wheel, and we are happy to help.

Do Izzy Wheels fit all wheelchairs?
Our wheel covers are designed for most manual wheelchairs. They may not fit some power chairs. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
What if I’m between sizes or I’m not sure I measured correctly?
If you’re between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering. Send your measurement (diameter inside the hand rim) plus a photo of your wheel, and we’ll help you choose the right size. Because wheel covers are made to order, we can’t guarantee exchanges for sizing errors, so we’re always happy to double-check with you first.
Are they easy to attach?
Yes! Izzy Wheels attach with velcro straps and fasten directly onto the spokes of manual wheelchairs. Each pair has 3 straps on the back. No tools required. See video below.
Are they heavy?
No. Our wheel covers are lightweight and designed for everyday use.
Are they waterproof?
Izzy Wheels are durable and suitable for daily life, including rain. Like any printed product, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh weather to keep your designs looking their best.
Can I create a custom design?
Yes. We offer custom-printed wheel covers. Contact us with your design, and we will guide you through the process.
Are they suitable for other types of wheelchairs?
Our wheel covers can be easily adjusted for e-fix wheels and Trekinetic wheels. We can also make wheel covers to fit some types of power chairs. Please see some sample below. If you are interested in this service, contact our lovely designers with photos and measurements at hello@izzywheels.com


ORDERS & PRODUCTION
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each pair of Izzy Wheels is made especially for you in Ireland. This helps us reduce waste and create something truly personal.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes up to 12 business days before shipping. During busy periods, such as Christmas, this may be slightly longer.
Can I change my order after purchasing?
If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Luxury gift wrapping is included with every order.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your country. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
CUSTOMS, TARIFFS & IMPORT DUTIES
Some countries may charge import duties, tariffs, VAT, or handling fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included at checkout. No customs or tariffs apply to customers in the EU, Australia, and New Zealand.
United States
Recent changes to U.S. import rules mean that international shipments may be subject to duties or tariffs regardless of order value. U.S. Customs determines any charges, and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import VAT or customs charges depending on order value and quantity. UK authorities decide these fees and are outside of our control.
International Orders
Izzy Wheels is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or clearance charges required by your country.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
Do you accept returns?
You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from when your wheel covers were delivered, provided the wheel covers are in perfect, undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on custom-printed designs or custom sizes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right. What if my wheel covers arrive damaged?
Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will organise a solution.
Can I contact you for sizing help or questions?
Of course. We are always happy to help. Send us a message, and we will guide you through choosing the right size and design.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
