HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Europe €13, The United Kingdom €19, Switzerland €26, USA €35
, Canada €33, Australia €38, New Zealand €38, and the rest of the world €38. FREE worldwide shipping if you order more than one pair of wheel covers. The shipping cost will be added at the checkout when you are ordering. Shipping is provided by PostNL or DHL and each order will come with a tracking link when the shipment is on the way. Shipments to countries outside of the EU, such as The UK and The USA, may be subject to customs fees. Luxury gift wrapping is included with every order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are generally shipped 10 business days after you place your order. Each pair of Izzy Wheels is made to order for each person and hand-wrapped. Please note that during the holiday season, delivery times may take slightly longer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is on its way you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Delivery is provided by DHL or An Post.
RETURNS POLICY

If you ordered the wrong size, or your product is faulty, refunds and exchanges will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Refunds or exchanges are given provided the wheel covers are in their perfect and undamaged condition. Customized designs (for example if you print your name on the covers) or customized sizes cannot be exchanged or refunded. The buyer covers the cost of return postage. The parcel is the buyer's responsibility until we receive it back to our studio safely so we recommend requesting a tracking number from your postal provider when sending.
